Placing an Order

Please review this information before placing an order to receive our direct advertisement and/or pre-payment partner services (the “Services”). By submitting an order to receive the Services you signify your consent to be bound by ExplorAds’ Terms and Conditions [appear at the __________ website footer] and any related policies appearing on the site, including this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Refund Procedure

In the event that you wish to discontinue our Services and would like to request a refund of the outstanding balance in your account, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  • Written Notice: To initiate the refund process, please send a written notice of cancellation to refund@explorads.com   stating your request for a refund. Please provide relevant details such as your account information, account’s email address and billing details.
  • Billing Stop and Final Balance: Upon receiving your written notice, we will take action to stop any ongoing campaigns under your account. Please note that the billing for such campaigns may continue for up to three business days after the receipt of your written notice. Within three business days of receiving your request, we will provide you with a final outstanding balance, which shall represent the full amount eligible for refund (excluding handling fees) (the “Refundable Amount”). For the sake of clarity, each side will bear its own applicable charges and bank fees. In case we will have to bear any of your applicable charges and bank fees, such charges and bank fees will be deducted from the Refundable Amount.
  • Refund Processing: Subject to our confirmation that your request has been properly submitted and the conditions for refund have been met, we will provide you with a refund of the Refundable Amount within up to thirty (30) business days from the time you submitted your cancellation and refund request. Such refund shall be issued via various then-available payment methods. In case of any change in such means of payment, you should expressly inform us and provide supporting documents as part of your written cancelation and refund request.
  • Refund Limitations: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in case the Refundable Amount is less than US$ 500 but more than US$50, such refund will be issued through Payoneer’s payment system. Refundable Amounts not exceeding US$ 50, will not be refunded and will be credited to your account for future use. 

Inaccuracy in the payment means details will be your sole responsibility and we will not be required to perform any additional actions and/or transfers beyond crediting the Refundable Amount to the payment means whose details were provided by you.
