We’re looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our amazing team.
- Onboard new partners and be involved in the process, making sure all properly works.
- Manage close relationship with our partners on a daily basis.
- Keep track and monitor on the partners’ activity on a daily basis to optimize their activity.
- Provide regular, structured, proactive account management for partners, including ongoing partner engagement, monthly operational reviews, and weekly calls.
- Provide day-to-day operations and product support, back office, and technical support.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive partner activity growth.
- Be the functional expert for the partners’ processing and operational business.
- High level of proficiency in English – Must.
- Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a desire to develop one-self in the high-tech environment.
- Self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving.
- Previous experience within an account management role or similar.
- Strong communication skills; ability to connect and reconnect our partners.
- Proactively initiate activities to generate value for our partners and enlarge their engagement with our products.
- Target / KPI’s Driven.
- Deep understanding/interest in the online marketing field – an advantage.
