We're looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our amazing team. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the success of your accounts which includes managing the partnerships, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing based on data, and working towards quarterly targets.
- Develop and manage partnerships with leading global partners and serve as their trusted point of contact.
- Analyzing and optimizing the results to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Onboard new partners and ensure everything is working properly.
- Provide regular, structured, proactive account management for partners, including ongoing partner engagement, monthly operational reviews, and weekly calls.
- Provide day-to-day operations and product support, back office, and technical support.
- Be the functional expert for the partners’ processing and operational business.
- High level of proficiency in English – must.
- At least 2 years experience in account management.
- Excellent analytical skills – Attention to details, high Excel knowledge, ability to digest data and translate it to actionable outcomes.
- Independent, well organized and fast learner.
- Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a desire to develop one-self in the high-tech environment.
- Self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving.
- Proactively initiate activities to generate value for our partners and enlarge their engagement with our products.
- Target / KPIs Driven.
- Deep understanding/interest in the online marketing field – a big advantage.
