Help Desk Technician
We’re looking for Help Desk Technician to join our Great team.
Key Responsibility
- Knowledge and experience in installation , maintenance and debugging windows OS (10,11) and windows server (16,19,21).
- Installation and maintenance of office infrastructure: DNS active directory, dhcp, DFS.
- Installation and maintenance of basic office network: LAN/WAN, knowledgeof cisco/fortigate/checkpoint equipment and security.
- Knowledge and experience of PC hardware.
- Basic cloud knowledge, google apps basic AWS and LInode.
Requirements
- High level of proficiency in English – Must.
- Self starter and fast learner.
- Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
