Help Desk Technician

We’re looking for Help Desk Technician to join our Great team.

Key Responsibility

  • Knowledge and experience in installation , maintenance and debugging windows OS (10,11) and windows server (16,19,21).
  • Installation and maintenance of office infrastructure:  DNS active directory, dhcp, DFS.
  • Installation and maintenance of basic office network: LAN/WAN, knowledgeof cisco/fortigate/checkpoint  equipment and security.
  • Knowledge and experience of PC hardware.
  • Basic cloud knowledge, google apps basic AWS and LInode.


  • High level of proficiency in English – Must.
  • Self starter and fast learner.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
