Programmatic Affiliation Lead

We are looking for an Ambitious and Strong candidate to join our growing Programmatic team as Programmatic Affiliation Lead.
- Complete ownership on the Programmatic Affiliation activity.
- Monitoring and analyzing the ongoing activity – including leading the monetization automation process
- Biz-Dev – recruiting new partners and sourcing new traffic
- Making sure ExplorAds meets the needs of our clients and customers
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies and strive to improve them.
- Negotiating commercial terms while utilizing analytical data
- Reporting to management on the ongoing activity
- Managing the monthly billing cycle of the managed activity
- Advancing new agenda and ideas to increase revenue and profits of the managed activity
- +1 years of programmatic advertising experience – Must
- Hands-on experience running offers on a DSP – Must
- Highly analytical and enjoys working with large sets of data
- Independent and self-sufficient individual
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
- A highly motivated team player with “meet and exceed all targets ” approach.
- Multi-tasking, motivated, organized, and responsible person
- Fluent or native English – A must
