We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join us and help us grow by taking care of all the administrative tasks in the best way possible thus enabling each team member to optimize their efforts towards the
business.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Managing Office expenses

    • Office accounting and invoicing..

    • Working with Contractors (housekeeping, building management etc.)
    • 10bis management
    • Travel & Conferences: Trip planning, Travel expenses

Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.

    • High level of proficiency in English – Must.

    • Accounting background – Advantage.

    • Strong knowledge of MS Office.

    • Self starter and fast learner.

    • Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills.
