Primary Responsibilities

• Employee recruitment management
• • Working with HR agents
  • Managing headhunters
  • Onboarding of new employees
• Harness data-driven insights to scrutinize and enhance campaign outcomes, offering valuable yield strategy recommendations.
• Manage the technical deployment and execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions..
• High level of proficiency in English – Must.
• Recruiting background – Advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• ESelf starter and fast learner.
• Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills.
