- Supervise and nurture a portfolio of mobile app developers and agencies.
- Take charge of online campaigns and meticulously evaluate their performance.
- Harness data-driven insights to scrutinize and enhance campaign outcomes, offering valuable yield strategy recommendations.
- Manage the technical deployment and execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations.
- Contribute actively to business development initiatives.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the AdTech industry in the app ecosystem, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer for example) working in CPI / CPA models – Must.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability coupled with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player while also being self-sufficient.
- Fluency in additional languages, expanding our global reach.
