A dynamic and results-driven Head of Media to lead our internal performance efforts and drive business growth through strategic media buying.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the media buying team, set digital strategy, manage ad spend and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the media buying team to optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee budget allocation and media planning to drive efficiency and scale campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing (3 years min), with a strong focus on PPC and digital media buying – (Search Arbitrage experience is a MUST)
- Proven experience in leading a media buying team, excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
