We’re looking for an Account and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, identify and execute upsell opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and operate our advanced ad tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of programmatic partners, understanding their strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, optimization, and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, provide actionable insights, and deliver world-class service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding business goals and performance metrics (e.g. VCR, ROAS, eCPM).
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute long-term account plans, focusing on scaling partnerships.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align strategies and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Management to enhance client engagement, develop new features, and resolve technical issues.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- B.A./B.Sc. degree – mandatory.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in a client-facing role in digital advertising, preferably within CTV or programmatic environments.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and ad serving platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Magnite, Freewheel, etc.).
- Familiarity with CTV-specific standards: VAST, VPAID, OMID, Prebid.js/Prebid Server, OpenRTB protocol.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (advanced functions).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to interpret metrics like VCR, IVT, fill rate, and viewability to optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for upselling and client success.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
